A well-established, mid-to-large commercial law firm with multiple offices in the Northeast and Florida is seeking a Graphic & Content Specialist to support its Marketing and Business Development team. Graphic & Content Specialist Position Overview
The Graphic & Content Specialist will develop polished, on-brand marketing materials to support firmwide business development and communications efforts. This role reports to senior marketing leadership and works closely with marketing and administrative teams.
Graphic & Content Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials such as advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, client alerts, event invitations, announcements, e-cards, and logos
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all firm communications
- Create and manage marketing templates
- Support digital communications and email campaigns using firm marketing platforms
- Oversee photography needs, including headshots and image editing
- Maintain and update firm blogs and marketing content
- Archive advertisements for compliance and recordkeeping purposes
- Assist with marketing initiatives including website updates, attorney bios, PowerPoint presentations, CRM support, and internal communications
- Support additional administrative and cross-departmental initiatives as needed
- Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues on special projects
Graphic & Content Specialist Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, journalism, business, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing or graphic design experience within a law firm
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and client-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
