Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
We are partnering with a well-established personal injury and employment law firm in the Plainsboro, New Jersey area known for its collaborative firm culture.
As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team and play a key role in supporting a busy and successful litigation practice. Candidates must have at least 4 years of prior experience supporting attorneys with personal injury and/or employment law cases.

Litigation Paralegal key responsibilities are:
- Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-suit, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, motions, demand letters, and correspondence
- Review medical records
- Manage and maintain organized case files (electronic and physical)
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, experts, and opposing counsel
- Schedule court dates and maintain and update attorney calendars
- Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
Litigation Paralegal requirements are:
- Minimum of 4 years of personal injury litigation and/or employment law experience in a law firm setting
- Strong technical proficiency with MS Office and case management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
