The Role
We’re seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our clients team in the Northern New Jersey (Morris County area) . This role primarily supports a senior litigation partner, with some additional support to other attorneys.
Responsibilities

Draft subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other filings

Manage NJ eCourts filings (NY and federal preferred)

Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation timelines

Assist with monthly billing during the first week of each month

Conduct research (Westlaw; AI tools like CoCounsel a plus)

Collaborate with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently

3+ years of complex commercial/business litigation experience (required)

Strong drafting and e-filing skills (NJ eCourts required)

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently

Experience with NetDocuments a plus; Salesforce training provided

Not a fit: purely PI, matrimonial, or plaintiff-side litigation backgrounds

Hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 remote after 1–2 month ramp-up

Hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (team leaves promptly at 5)

Summer Fridays: Office closes at 3:00 p.m.

Salary: up to $90,000 for highly experienced candidates

Discretionary annual bonus
