Job Description
This is a great opportunity to generate income will staying safe at home. We have partnered with a well-known Credit Restoration Company in helping them secure professional and reliable Customer Service Representatives.
We Offer:
- Competitive pay - including 3 weeks of paid training.
- Flexible hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-9:00 PM
- Full-Time-Temporary to Permanent Position
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inbound and outbound calls
- Process billing updates and payment on accounts
- Communicate with clients regarding the credit repair process
- Answer any questions relating to credit repair
- Request client documents
- Address billing issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED mandatory
- Basic computer skills mandatory
- Minimum one-year experience in any one of these types of industries:
