Job Description
HumanHire is seeking an ITM Teller to join one of Long Island's largest growing financial firms that has been in business for 70+ years! This role is ideal for someone with prior customer service experience that wants to work in the financial industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet members as they enter the branch
- Receive inbound phone calls from members, verify member identity/signature, and provide information about loan offerings
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
- Promote products and services to existing members
- Respond to emails regarding customer inquiries
- Accept transactions and reject fraudulent checks
- Balance teller drawer
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is highly preferred!
- Comfortability speaking on the phone
- Computer savvy, able to work with multiple windows open
- High school or equivalent
