Job Description
New Jersey-based law firm with a premier Intellectual Property practice seeks a TRADEMARK ATTORNEY to join its ranks. This firm’s practice is broad and includes matters for clients in the music industry, non-profits, food and beverage, among others. This position will involve trademark prosecution before WIPO, clearance searches, enforcement, foreign prosecution and drafting of IP contracts. This firm continues to be in tremendous growth mode and is seeking an experienced attorney who can be an integral part of the team.
This firm offers extremely competitive compensation including hours-based and merit bonuses. Hybrid schedule is offered and possibly fully remote as well.
