Experience Required:
- Strong research and writing abilities.
- Proficiency in brief writing
- Familiarity with discovery processes (motion practice, interrogatories, etc.)
Requirements:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is essential, with an understanding of NJ Litigation
- Remote work available, but candidates must reside within one hour of Somerset County, New Jersey
- Competitive hourly rate of $70, commensurate with experience
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week within standard business hours
