Job Description
We are seeking 75 Call Center candidates immediately- main hub is in Texas.
Work from the comfort and safely of your own home 8 months!
Start date is April 14th - these positions are filling up very, very quickly! $13.50/ hour
You will be responsible for helping customers who need assistance to schedule Covid shots.

You will be responsible for helping customers who need assistance to schedule Covid shots.
- You will be provided with a laptop and headset
- Must have must have “cabled” internet service (ie not satellite internet service)
- 40 hours a week-which may include weekends
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- High School Diploma
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be able to pass background check
