Job Description

Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm in Union County, NJ seeks Associate Attorney with at least one (1) years of experience (those completing clerkships in August are encouraged to apply).  Happy to consider Defense attorneys who want to switch sides. Will work closely with partner on auto and trucking accident cases as well as premises liability matters.  Opportunity to take depositions, go to court and perhaps even handle witnesses at trial.  Strong research and writing skills and interest in working with people required.  New Jersey Bar admission is necessary.  Salary range anywhere from $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.
