Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a growing law firm in Hackensack, NJ (zip code 07652).
Position responsibilities are:
- Partner with Chief Strategy Officer on Marketing initiatives including branding, digital marketing, business development strategies and public relations
- Create, design, manage and distribute marketing materials in both digital and print format, for both internal and external communications
- Prepare and manage public relations activities and serve as a liaison to outside public relations vendors and consultant
- Supervise Marketing Assistant
- Manage firm website including content updates
- Expand on firm's Social Media presents
- Design, develop and execute email campaigns
- Manage the firm awards program and directories including drafting submissions for attorney as well as other contests including Best Lawyer
- Manage and coordinate client pitches and proposals including the firms RFP, RFQ and RFI process along with the Marketing Assistant and the individual attorneys
- Conduct market research
- Manager promotional projects including logos, photography and arranging professional photo shoots
- Manage events and speaking engagements for the firm including identification, preparation, evaluation and making recommendations for the firm.
- Prepare marketing analytics - Review and track data on the fir's marketing initiatives
- Provide training and coaching to attorneys for individual attorneys for marketing,
business development and presentation skills including creating business development plans
Position requirements are:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 7years of Marketing experience - Experience with a law firm is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong creative problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress
