Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator with a growing law firm in the Monmouth County, NJ area. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and supporting marketing strategies that promote the firm’s brand and services. This includes managing social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency, planning and attending community and charitable events, and identifying new opportunities to increase the firm’s visibility and client pipeline.
Position responsibilities are:
Branding

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (print and digital)

Manage day-to-day content creation and posting for the firm’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and strategy

Collaborate with attorneys and staff to generate relevant, educational, and engaging content

Coordinate the firm’s presence at marketing and charitable events (e.g., health fairs, community fundraisers, sponsorships)

Represent the firm professionally at local events to build relationships and brand recognition

Identify and recommend new community engagement opportunities to expand outreach

Support client acquisition efforts through digital and in-person initiatives

Assist in managing lead generation campaigns and referral programs

Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports

3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Experience with CRM or marketing automation software a plus as well as proficiency in MS Office

Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Willingness to attend marketing events as needs arise
