We currently have an opportunity for a Paralegal with a law firm in the Millburn, New JerseyWe currently have an opportunity for a Paralegal with a law firm in the Millburn, New Jersey area (zip code 07039). We are looking for someone with experience supporting attorneys with civil litigation cases.
Position responsibilities are:
- Maintain Litigation Management Reporting function to insurance carrier for insurance civil defense litigation firm with heavy caseload.
- Review and report on every case on a four-month cycle, from four months after assignment and continuing until each case is settled or tried.
Position requirements are:
- At least 2 years of experience with supporting attorneys with insurance defense cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail orientated with demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical skills - Proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a stream with strong follow up skills
