We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Legal  Secretary with a reputable law firm in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Position responsibilities are:
  • Prepare litigation documents
  • Handle daily correspondence with clients and the courts
  • Schedule meetings and maintain attorney calendars
  • Handle e-filing
  • Maintain and update client files

Position requirements are:
  • 3-5 years of related experience working in litigation in a law firm environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
