Boutique Law Firm in Somerset County seeks Litigation Associate Attorney with 1+ year of experience to work on commercial litigation and defamation litigation on behalf of a high-profile client.  Associate will handle research and writing, heavy discovery, motion practice, and there will be plenty of opportunity to take depositions and go to court.  Work is both New Jersey and New York-based, and the firm will consider candidates admitted to either jurisdiction.
