Level 1 Help Desk

HumanHire Technology has partnered with a healthcare organization on Long Island to find the top IT professionals in the area to join their team. The ideal candidates must enjoy problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment. You will be required to provide onsite and remote help desk technical support to users in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with 3rd party IT service provider and other vendors.
  • Answer calls and provide support for issues, triage/resolution for clinical and support staff users.
  • Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and provide wireless and network troubleshooting
  • Microsoft O365 Platform Support
  • Installation and Troubleshooting of approved software
  • Printers - Troubleshooting & Printer Access
  • Basic L1 Laptop & Desktop Troubleshooting
  • VPN troubleshooting
  • BYOD and Mobile device support
  • Level 1 Clinical Application Support

Qualifications:
  • 1 year in a customer service role resolving escalated customer and vendor issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, and liability matters related to medical practice
