We currently have an opportunity for a Legal Receptionist/Assistant for a law firm in the Sayreville, New Jersey area (zip code 08816).
Position responsibilities are:
- Answering and forwarding client calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Prepare client invoices
- Assist with legal correspondence and document preparation
Position requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of related experience in a Law firm
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
- Strong organizational skills
