Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and outgoing Legal Intake Client Liaison Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective personal injury clients for a growing law firm in the Monmouth County, NJ area. This is an excellent junior-level role for an engaging individual with some prior customer service/sales experience. This role is crucial in gathering essential case information, accurately entering data into the law firm’s system, and effectively promoting the firm’s capability to handle their case. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and has excellent communication skills.
Position responsibilities are:
- Serve as the initial contact for potential clients via phone, web, chat or email
- Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather facts about potential personal injury claims.
- Accurately input all client information into the firm’s case management system and website intake portal.
- Communicate the value and strengths of the firm to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Follow up with potential clients to complete intake forms, collect documents, and secure signed agreements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Collaborate with case managers and paralegals to optimize client intake and conversion strategies.
- Track and report on case progression status.
Position responsibilities are:
- 2-3 years of prior experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
