Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a legal secretary with a Trust and Estates law firm in Bergen County, New Jersey.This position will provide legal administrative support to one of the firm' s two attorneys.
Position responsibilities are:
- Draft legal documents
- Prepare correspondence
- Heavy word processing as well as proofreading of documents
- Respond to client inquiries 
Position requirements are:
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent word-processing skills
