Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Law Firm Administrator-Director of Operations with a law firm in northern Bergen County, NJ. The Law Firm Administrator-Director of Operations will interface closely with the firm's Managing Partner to manage the operations of the firm, including HR, management of staff, insurance and general office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for the selected candidate to take their career to the next step with a growing law firm. The base salary range for this position is 150-170K.

Position responsibilities are:
- Manage daily operations which entails facilities and HR, including benefits administration, training and development as well as recruiting
- Lead and manage the team including supervisors, managers and support staff
- Identify and manage any risks that could affect the firm's operations
- Oversee marketing for the firm

Position requirements are:
- Management experience in a law firm or professional services organization, including experience in HR 
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree or equivalent work experience
