Job Description
LA office of high-end Boutique Labor & Employment Law Firm seeks Associate/Counsel-level Attorney with 7++ years of experience representing companies in employment litigation and counseling.
Role is approximately 75% litigation and 25% counseling. Work will include defending employers faced with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; tort claims, including fraud; wage and hour claims as well as class action matters. This attorney will also counsel employers to minimize the risk of litigation, the proper handling of disabled employees, family/medical leave issues, policies and handbooks, among other issues.
This position is primarily REMOTE work with the occasional need to come to the office. California Bar admission is required. Outstanding compensation and benefit package.
