Internal Communications Manager
We currently have an opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager with a major pharmaceutical company in the Rockville, Maryland area (zip code 20847).

Position responsibilities are:
• Provide Change Management & Communications leadership and lead execution of employee and business engagement activities in the over-arching Change Management & Communications plan for HR program related to business change
• Develop materials for Key Stakeholder Meetings & Engagement (Governance Committees, Leadership Teams, Employees, Managers, HR)
• Drive employee engagement and comms around HR related changes (e.g., compensation, benefits, policies) including supporting various methods of communication (emails, presentations, webex)
• Develop stakeholder plan to ensure that the project team is engaging the right stakeholders at the right time via the right channels
• Ongoing health check of Change Management workstream (e.g., status reporting, risks and issue management, dependency tracking)
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation as appropriate (specific to Change Management & Communications workstream)
• Partner closely with Project team to ensure plan and messaging is aligned with overall program activities, and reviewed and approved by accountable parties
• Partner closely with Global Project/Communications  Team and Internal Communications to ensure messaging, stakeholder engagement, and roll out plan are coordinated with other enterprise-wide activities
   
Position requirements are:

- Bachelor’ s Degree
-Strong written skills -- this person will be responsible for drafting written comms, decks, and strategic macro-level messages that will go out to a large number of employees
-Strong stakeholder management experience -- this person would be responsible for engaging with management level and individual contributors employees, and pulling together change impact assessments
-HR Communications experience would be a big plus as this is an essential part of the role
