Job Description
Specialty Pharmaceutical Company in north/central NJ seeks SECURITIES COUNSEL with at least 3++ years of experience to work directly with the General Counsel to bring the securities function in-house. Position will be extremely visible and will work closely with the Board. Work will include preparation and filing of the various securities documents and proxy statement; establishing an internal corporate governance structure; Section 16 work; assistance with deal documents; and some compensation and benefits work. OUTSTANDING compensation including top base salary and bonus as well as competitive benefits plan.
