We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal with a law firm in the Hackensack, NJ area. This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 from home per week.
Position responsibilities are:
- Prepare corporate organizational and operational documents.
- Assist in preparing preliminary draft of operative documents relating to offerings.
·- Prepare drafts of various agreements, certificates and closing documents.
- Assemble closing documents/binders for corporate transactions.
- Draft and file documents for corporate formations and entities.
·- General corporate client maintenance, including maintaining corporate records, stock and option administration.
·- Conduct legal research as requested.
Position requirements are:
·- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
·- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
·- Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
