Job Description

We currently We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager for a law firm in Bergen County, New Jersey. 
Position responsibilities are:
  • Full cycle recruiting including creating and maintaining employment ads, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, extending offers and executing the on-boarding process, including background and reference checks
  • Benefits administration including facilitating open enrollment, processing medical and family leaves as well as Worker's Compensation and short and long term disability claims
  • Employee Relations including managing the performance management and performance plan processes, planning and facilitating employee events, as well as employee engagement
  • Manange, maintain and update confidential
  • Other duties as assigned including assisting with payroll processing, developing employee training materials as well as HR metrics reporting
Position requirements are:
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client relations skills with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
