Our client, a high growth healthcare provider, seeks an experienced HR professional to join its corporate team. Primary responsibilities include compensation analysis and benefits administration. Additional duties include employee relations, employment law and regulation compliance management, as well as other related HR duties.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-paced HR department. Bachelors degree in business or other related field. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office, especially Excel.
