Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper with a law firm in Hackensack, NJ area (zip code 07601). The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing all of the firm's financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting.
Other position responsibilities include:
 - Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
 - Assist with the annual budget process
-  Coordinate with auditors and.or external accountants regarding year end tax preparation and reporting
- Endure compliance with financial and accounting policies, regulations and procedures
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper (with a professional services firm preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
