Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Director with a growing law firm in the Madison, NJ area (zip code 07940). This position will be responsible for managing the firm's finance department.

Position responsibilities are:
- Manage finances for the firm including billing, accounts payable, and payroll as well as financial planning
- Manage firm budget
- Review financial data, create and prepare financial reports, and review with firm management
- Supervise finance team of two direct reports
- interface with outside Accountants to review and prepare firm financials
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Accounting degree preferred) 
- At least 5 years of related experience (law firm experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Clio or other financial software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing a team
- Strong organizational, communication and client relations skills
- CPA preferred
