Location: Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid; partner-based flexibility)
Schedule: 20–30 hours/week (based on ongoing caseload)
Pay Rate: $95–$130/hour (based on experience level)

Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise pleadings, legal memoranda, and motions
- Assist with discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
- Provide client counsel on HR policies, terminations, compliance, and wage & hour issues
- Draft and update employee handbooks and internal policies
- Support partners in employment discrimination and wage/hour litigation matters
- Participate in client meetings and calls as needed
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active bar license (NY preferred)
- 2–8 years of labor and employment law experience
- Traditional labor law experience a plus
- Prior experience with both litigation and counseling in a firm setting
- Experience taking/defending depositions preferred
- Familiarity with federal and New York employment laws
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple reporting partners
- Strong analytical and writing skills
