TREMENDOUS SUCCESSION OPPORTUNITY for a seasoned ERISA or EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ATTORNEY at the Senior Associate/Counsel level. The head of this large firm's practice will be scaling back, and his replacement is being sought to lead the practice. Firm will consider candidates in either their NYC or northern NJ offices. NO PORTABLE BUSINESS IS REQUIRED!
Practice includes ERISA compliance and tax qualification; counseling on plan drafting, implementation and termination issues; fiduciary liability; deferred compensation plans; incentive plans; severance issues, etc.
New Jersey Bar admission required; New York a plus.
