Job Description
We have partnered with one of our long-standing clients, a mid-sized law firm in New Jersey, that is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their growing transactional department based at either of the firm's New Jersey locations.

Tasks include:
- Corporate/Land Use/Real Estate transactions
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other professional contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Reminding attorneys of deadlines for filings, appearances, meetings, etc.
- Managing day-to-day responsibilities of attorneys
- Making copies, scanning, and filing
- Managing busy and dynamic attorney calendars including confirming and coordinating court appearances, meetings, etc.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
- Corporate/transactional background preferred
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail
