Location: Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid; flexibility based on partner preferences)
Schedule: 20–30 hours/week (depending on workflow)
Pay Rate: $105–$150/hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and related petitions
- Advise employers on immigration strategy and compliance
- Draft persuasive documentation and manage detailed case files
- Collaborate directly with assigned partners on specific matters
- Handle approximately 15-20 cases per month, with emphasis on H-1B and PERM filings
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction
- 3–5+ years of business immigration experience, including high-volume filings
- Experience with technology sector immigration matters preferred
- Proficiency with immigration case management software
- Ability to work independently and adapt to partner-specific workflows
- Strong writing and communication skills
