Job Description

Perfect for a Contract Attorney that is open to performing Senior Level Corporate Paralegal work. We are offering a competitive hourly rate for this position.

This is a 3 month contract role starting on/about April 5th.

This role will be supporting attorneys with corporate cases including review of contract as well as support for documents and activities related to mergers, acquisitions and securities

Requirement:
-Seven to ten years experience in business transactions
-Knowledge of data rooms
