We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team in South Florida. This paralegal will support attorneys in securities-related arbitration and state and federal court business litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with document review, e-discovery platforms, and trial preparation.

- Gather and analyze documents for case preparation
- Conduct electronic review and production of documents
- Prepare Orders of Production and/or Subpoenas to third-parties
- Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, external vendors (particularly third-party discovery vendors) and clients
- Organize case files and documents
- Prepare standard form responses
- Assist with trial preparation
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Perform legal research
- Support other litigation projects as needed
- Minimum of 4 years of Commercial or Business Litigation experience at a law firm as a Paralegal
- Experience with litigation support software and e-discovery platforms, including Relativity
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
