Job Description
HSG has partnered with a dominant global leader in advanced hearing devices, with a market share of 25% and growing, they have a need for a Commercial/Contract Attorney to join their team. This position supports the business and operational functions by providing legal guidance and support to the Legal Department.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Develop materials and lead periodic small group trainings
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- 2-7 years’ experience with contracts in a law firm or legal department
