Billing Coordinator

Job Description
Position responsibilities are:
- Partner with clients, attorneys, and staff to generate, distribute, edit, finalize and submit legal bills
- Resolve billing-related issues from clients
- Coordinate with the accounting department to address questions/problems related to the billing process
- Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings and invoices to be billed
- High School Diploma
- At least 2-4 years of billing experience including electronic billing; law firm experience is preferred
- Law firm accounting software experience is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook experience
- Strong communication and client relations skills including the ability to interact with all levels of staff and attorneys
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-orientated with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work
