Job Description


We're working with one of the premier maintenance companies on Long Island to find an Assistant Project Manager for their office in Hauppauge! This company supports fortune 500 retail brands, healthcare organizations & executive office buildings by managing construction projects including rollouts, refreshes, new buildouts and renovations.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year (plus bonus, 401k match, full health benefits, 15 days PTO to start & more)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:
  • Support team of Project Managers with administrative work needed
  • Coordinate sub-contractors based upon project timelines
  • Source new vendors in various areas where there aren't pre-existing relationships established
  • Ensure vendor teams have all necessary tools, equipment & supplies
  • Assist with creating new proposals & submittals for new work orders
  • Act as point of contact for client for any changes to work scope

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone who wants to grow!
