We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator with a highly reputable law firm in Florham Park, New Jersey (zip code 07932). 

Position responsibilities are:

- Provide high level administrative support including managing busy calendar as well as organize travel arrangements

- Process reimbursement expenses as well as client billing and time entry

- Prepare correspondence, internal communications  as well as Power Point presentations

- Coordinate logistics for company events

- Work on special projects as needed

Position requirements are:

- At least 5 years of executive administrative experience

- Excellent computer skills including strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
