Job Description

COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER seeks LAND USE ATTORNEY with 8++ years of experience to work closely with in-house team in connection with land use applications and litigation matters.  Looking for experience handling prerogative writ, plenary zoning and affordable housing litigation.  This position will be primarily office based with occasional appearances before planning and zoning boards in central New Jersey. New Jersey Bar admission is required.
