Electronic Billing Coordinator - Law firm experience needed!

Job Description
Position responsibilities are:
- Execute set-up of electronic billing process with client, vendor and the firm
- Establish effective communication between client, firm and vendor on electronic billing process
- Review and submit electronic billing to vendors
- Coordinate the appeal process for escalated invoices with client and collections team
- Handle a small amount of non-electronic billing for the for the firm
- At least 2-3 years of electronic billing experience in a law firm environment
- Experience with Aderan or Elite billing system
- Knowledge of e-billing vendors and their processes and practices including e-billing setup, timekeeping, invoice submission and invoice appeal process
- Basic knowledge of editing/updating and LEDES file
- Experience with BillBlast (preferred) or e-Billing Hub
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
