Experienced Immigration Paralegal needed to handle transactional work for business immigration PERM Visa cases in Roseland, New Jersey.(Zip code 07068). This is an excellent opportunity to join the firm's Corporate Immigration Group.
Position responsibilities are:
- Prepare documents as well as transactions for for employment based visa cases (including H1-B,L,J, E and TN)
- Prepare documents for PERM cases
Position requirements are:
- At least 1-3 years of related experience with employment-based visa
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must
-Proficiency with MS Office
