Job Description

Haley Stuart Group is seeking a Benefits Analyst for a growing business who specializes in the administration of employee benefits located in the New York City area.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare RFPs for prospect and customer groups, to include employee census, current/renewal plan design/rate information, and historical claims experience data.
  • Manage the analysis of proposal data; identify missing data, review data, edit/format census and other reports.
  • Create spreadsheets of market results and make revisions
  • Process claims reports from carriers and analyze data
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 years of experience in account management, client management, data analysis, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of self-funded benefits insurance (broker or carrier side) and stop loss reinsurance
